Key Responsibilities

• Work on UAE Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing engagements.
• Prepare Local File and Master File documentation.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and FAR (Functions, Assets, Risks) analysis.
• Review related party transactions and ensure compliance.
• Assist with tax advisory and compliance matters.
• Support clients with transfer pricing documentation requirements.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior team members on complex engagements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in transfer pricing or tax advisory – essential for these gulf jobs today.
• CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• UAE or GCC experience preferred.
