Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and others.
  • Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
  • Provide clients with market insights and investment advice.
  • Prepare and manage property documentation, contracts, and agreements.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Update and manage leads through the company CRM system.
  • Achieve individual monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including freehold areas and off-plan projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese) are a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Currently based in Dubai.
  • Immediate availability to join is preferred.
