The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage workflows, direct staff, ensure operational efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth execution of all warehouse processes that support e-commerce fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch, to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee workflows, direct staff, and maintain quality standards for e-commerce fulfilment operations.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate replenishment, track stock movements, and maintain proper inventory controls to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely fulfilment by verifying picks, checking packing quality, and coordinating dispatch schedules.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing direction, training, and motivation to build a high-performing team.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, manage service relationships, communicate requirements, and monitor performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities, implement efficiency measures, and optimise workflows to reduce waste.
• Monitor warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, accuracy rates, and fulfilment speed.
• Enforce safety protocols, maintain organised workspaces, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of warehouse supervision experience, preferably in 3PL and e-commerce environments.
• Proven ability to lead warehouse teams, manage operations, and deliver consistent results.
• Experience in 3PL operations and e-commerce fulfilment requirements is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, cycle counting, and stock control.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order management platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Location: Dubai or availability to work in Dubai.

• Proven track record in supervising warehouse operations for e-commerce or 3PL logistics.
• Strong understanding of receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and efficiency measures.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
