Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products, including personal loans, credit cards, auto finance, and home finance.
- Conduct high-volume calling, present product features and benefits, and engage prospects effectively to generate interest.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales and maintaining high conversion rates.
- Manage daily call volumes, track personal performance metrics, and implement effective sales techniques.
- Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions, listening actively, and understanding financial requirements.
- Assess customer eligibility and affordability, determining suitable products that provide value to customers.
- Promote financial products with clear explanations of interest rates, repayment terms, fees, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Handle customer objections professionally by understanding concerns, providing clarifications, and converting objections into sales.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all financial products offered, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on product changes, new offerings, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of telesales experience, preferably in banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through outbound calling.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English; Arabic or Hindi language skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including personal loans, credit cards, auto finance, and home finance.
- Ability to conduct high-volume outbound calls and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
