Job Details

  • Position: Sales Executive – Proptech

  • Salary: AED 5,000 – 15,000 per month (dependent on experience)
  • Commission: 50% – 80% (OTE: AED 40,000+ per month)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage qualified leads within the property development and real estate sectors.
  • Conduct product demos and articulate how the platform solves developer challenges (end-to-end lifecycle management).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions from market feedback.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent spoken English and customer service skills.
  • Some exposure to the UAE property or construction markets is preferred.
  • Currently based in the UAE.
  • Proven track record in sales with the ability to close new business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment.
  • A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability to join is preferred.

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in proptech, real estate, or construction technology.
  • Strong understanding of the property development lifecycle and developer challenges.
  • Excellent product demonstration and presentation skills.
