Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them in selecting jewellery pieces that match their preferences and needs.
• Showcase and present jewellery collections with expertise, highlighting product features, craftsmanship, and value.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of jewellery products, including gemstones, metals, designs, and brand heritage.
• Assist with store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
• Handle client inquiries, provide after-sales service, and resolve any issues professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and luxurious store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
• Current or previous experience in the jewellery industry in Abu Dhabi is required.
• Filipino candidates only.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery products, including diamonds, gemstones, gold, and luxury brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in luxury jewellery sales within the UAE market, specifically Abu Dhabi.
• Strong understanding of jewellery craftsmanship, quality standards, and product knowledge.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong relationship-building skills to develop a loyal client base.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
