Key Responsibilities
- Manage all government-related processes, including visa processing, Emirates ID, labour cards, and immigration procedures.
- Handle company documentation, renewals, and approvals with various government entities.
- Process trade license applications, renewals, and amendments as required.
- Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, Tasheel, Amer, and other government platforms.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations in all government transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all government-related documentation and submissions.
- Provide support for employees’ onboarding, including visa processing and work permits.
- Liaise with government authorities to resolve any issues or processing delays.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE labour laws, immigration rules, and government procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (P.R.O) in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws, immigration rules, and government regulations.
- Experience in visa processing, Emirates ID, labour cards, and immigration procedures.
- Familiarity with platforms such as MOHRE, Immigration, Tasheel, Amer, and other government portals.
- Knowledge of trade license processes, renewals, and company documentation.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with government entities.
- Hindi language is required.
- English language is required.
- Arabic language is an advantage.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
