Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via email and WhatsApp, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage orders, deliveries, and shipment tracking to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues, including returns, refunds, and delivery delays, with empathy and efficiency.

Requirements
