• Calculate final settlements and gratuity for departing employees.
• Manage employee separation process and exit formalities.
• Verify leave salary, overtime, and attendance records.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related matters.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of UAE payroll experience (mandatory for these jobs in sharjah).
• Strong knowledge of WPS and UAE Labour Law.
• Experience with payroll systems or ERP software.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
