Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless environments across retail stores and corporate locations.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and wireless solutions (WLCs and access points).
• Administer and support firewall environments including Fortinet and Palo Alto.
• Handle incidents and service requests across L1, L2 levels, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and uptime using monitoring tools.
• Implement network security policies, firewall rules, VPNs (site-to-site and remote access).
• Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and system hardening activities.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, latency, packet loss, and wireless performance challenges.
• Support new store rollouts, network expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and execute projects.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking (routing, switching, VLANs, STP) – essential for these jobs in dubai.
• Expertise in Cisco wireless technologies (WLC, Access Points).
• Good working knowledge of Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate) including policies, VPNs, and UTM features.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls (NAT, security policies, App-ID, VPNs).

• Firmware upgrades and patch management experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
