Job Details

• Position: HSE Engineer
• Industry: Heavy Fabrication & Servicing
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month
• Experience: 5–7 years of HSE experience (heavy fabrication & servicing)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety / Mechanical Engineering
• Certification: NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
• Preference: Candidates from Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE
• Joining: Immediate / As per company policy

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
• Supervise HSE during fabrication and refinery shutdown projects.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC and local safety regulations.
• Conduct HSE training and emergency preparedness programs.
• Monitor and report HSE performance metrics.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams on safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Mechanical Engineering – essential for these urgent jobs in dubai.
• 5–7 years of HSE experience in heavy fabrication and servicing.
• Experience in refinery shutdown projects (ADNOC preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hydrojetting safety procedures.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.

• Candidates from Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE preferred.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

• Strong knowledge of ADNOC safety regulations and standards.
• Experience with refinery shutdown projects and hydrojetting safety.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is an advantage.
• Excellent risk assessment and safety audit skills.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and other HSE standards is a plus.
