Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systems.
• Utilise MS Excel for tracking recruitment metrics, maintaining candidate databases, and generating reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of UAE experience in HR recruitment and administration.

• Proficiency in MS Excel for data management, reporting, and tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
