Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management for 100–200 employees.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet organizational needs.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure full compliance with UAE labor law and MOHRE regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.
  • Lead performance management and employee development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.
  • Ensure compliance with MOHRE regulations, including visa processing, labor contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Support management in organizational planning, decision-making, and strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7 to 8 years of UAE HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar workforce effectively.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
  • Currently based in the UAE and willing to work in Umm Al Quwain.
