This role requires deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MoHRE regulations, combined with the ability to conduct regular field site visits. The successful candidate will manage HR operations across multiple locations, working closely with field staff, partners, and management to ensure compliance, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across field and office environments, conducting regular site visits to support field staff.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MoHRE regulations, and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and fairness.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for field and office employees.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and operational needs.
• Provide guidance to management on HR best practices, labour law updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with external partners, government entities, and internal stakeholders on HR matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MoHRE regulations, with practical application experience.
• Proven experience in HR operations and site visit coordination.
• Mandatory: Native or bilingual fluency in Arabic OR a major European language alongside expert English proficiency.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to handle daily operational tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in managing HR operations for field-based or multi-location teams.
• Experience in handling employee relations, labour disputes, and compliance audits.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, payroll processes, and documentation management.
• Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational execution.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
