Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and filing systems.
  • Handle visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID renewals, and all related government procedures.
  • Manage employee requests such as salary certificates, experience letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and leave tracking for employees.
  • Support general office administration, including coordination with vendors and office management tasks.
  • Prepare HR reports, including headcount, attrition, and other HR metrics as required.
  • Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR & Admin experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HR procedures, and government regulations.
  • Experience managing HR operations for 100+ employees.
  • Proven experience in visa processing, labor contracts, and government portals.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Immediate availability to join is preferred.

  • Proven track record in HR administration and office management within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and immigration procedures.
  • Experience in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with employees and management effectively.
