Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, processes, and documentation.
  • Experience liaising with insurers and handling customer inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
