Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and currency exchange.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Central Bank regulations, and anti-money laundering procedures.
  • Verify customer identification and documentation as required for transactions.
  • Assist with end-of-day reconciliation and reporting.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Nationality Preference: Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Filipino, or African (Male or Female).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in cash handling or customer service (freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer and numerical skills.

Skills & Experience
