Key Responsibilities

  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and call center software.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays if required.
  • Knowledge of Fujairah and the UAE is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability to join is preferred.
