Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new merchant clients for payment processing and merchant acquiring services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to drive retention and growth.
  • Promote payment solutions, including point-of-sale (POS) terminals, e-commerce gateways, and digital payment products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with merchants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new merchants.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in merchant acquiring, payment solutions, or related financial services sales.
  • Proven track record in business development and merchant acquisition.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, POS terminals, and e-commerce gateways.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Currently based in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi, or willing to travel.
