Key Responsibilities

• Drive CASA growth and cross-sell products like credit cards, FDs, and personal loans.
• Generate leads through field activities and collaborate with teams for business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and privilege customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in handling Privilege Accounts and HNI clients – essential for these jobs in dubai.

• Excellent client acquisition and relationship management skills for high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic acquisition plans.
• Strong field sales and lead generation capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and banking software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements.
