Authority Approvals Architect – Key Responsibilities

• Handle government authority approvals for building permits and construction.
• Coordinate with Abu Dhabi Municipality, Department of Municipalities and Transport, and other regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and submit documentation for authority approvals.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government officials.
• Manage approval timelines and resolve compliance issues.
• Stay updated on UAE regulatory changes and building codes.

Design Architect – Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural designs and concepts.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements.
• Ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and interior design teams.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture – essential for these jobs in abu dhabi.
