Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, coordinating with doctors and internal departments.
- Handle patient inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate patient flow to minimise wait times and optimise clinic efficiency.
- Assist with insurance verification, pre-authorisations, and billing inquiries as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients in both Arabic and English.
- Support the healthcare team with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical administration, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems.
- High level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with patients.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
