Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts, invoicing, and collections processes efficiently.
  • Monitor accounts receivable ageing and promptly follow up on overdue payments.
  • Prepare and send customer statements, invoices, and payment reminders.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Generate AR reports, ageing analysis, and cash flow forecasts for management.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams on payment issues and disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and UAE financial regulations.
  • Support month-end closing and audit activities related to accounts receivable.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Proven track record in collections and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel.
  • Experience in managing customer accounts and reducing overdue payments.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Currently based in Dubai.
  • Immediate availability to join is preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Accounts Receivable specialist in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for AR processes.
