Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and reach out to potential clients (brands, businesses, clinics, luxury companies, etc.).
  • Pitch agency and influencer services professionally to prospective clients.
  • Handle calls, follow-ups, and client communication via WhatsApp and email.
  • Close deals and secure confirmed bookings for influencer campaigns and content production.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress consistently.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (marketing/agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Confident in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance-based income.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Currently based in the UAE (preferred but not mandatory).
