Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Abu Dhabi.
• Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful transactions.
• Utilize provided leads to generate sales and maximize earning potential.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present property proposals, offers, and agreements to clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Self-motivated and ambitious with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in real estate, property sales, or client advisory roles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market, including off-plan and secondary market.
• Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Experience with RERA regulations and real estate processes is an advantage.
