Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting, and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
