Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership and Strategic Direction

• Define the resort’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
• Develop comprehensive business strategies and lead organizational transformation.
• Establish performance goals and targets to drive strategic initiatives.
• Make high-level decisions on resort direction and positioning.

Overall Resort Operations Management

• Oversee all operational divisions, including rooms division (front office, housekeeping, concierge, guest services).
• Manage food and beverage operations (restaurants, bars, lounges, banqueting, in-room dining).
• Oversee gaming operations, spa and wellness, entertainment and nightlife, retail, beach and recreation, events and meetings.
• Ensure seamless, world-class operations across the integrated resort.

Financial Leadership and P&L Responsibility

• Lead financial performance with full P&L responsibility.
• Manage revenue, expenses, and profitability to achieve financial targets.
• Maximize revenue across all departments (rooms, F&B, gaming, spa, retail).
• Control costs, optimize efficiency, and manage capital expenditures.

Revenue Management and Business Development

• Implement revenue optimization strategies across all revenue centers.
• Develop pricing strategies and maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Drive gaming revenue and VIP programs, developing corporate and leisure markets.
• Attract high-value guests and build strategic partnerships.

Organizational Leadership and Team Development

• Build and manage the executive leadership team, recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Develop succession plans, coach and mentor department heads and senior leaders.
• Foster a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement.
• Create a world-class resort leadership team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior executive in luxury integrated resorts.
• Extensive hospitality leadership experience with knowledge of Wynn or comparable luxury brands.
• Strong P&L management experience with proven financial results.
• Experience in gaming operations is a plus.
• Experience in UAE or GCC markets is preferred.
• Excellent strategic planning and business development skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is preferred.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

• Proven track record in luxury resort leadership with integrated resort experience.
• Strong understanding of all resort operations, including rooms, F&B, gaming, spa, retail, and entertainment.
• Excellent financial acumen with full P&L responsibility experience.
• Proven success in revenue management, business development, and market expansion.
• Strong executive leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience with Wynn Resorts or comparable luxury brands is highly desirable.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to drive organizational transformation.
• Industry recognition and executive qualifications are a plus.
