Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales of distribution and power transformers to clients across the UAE.
• Handle tendering processes, including bid preparation, submission, and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with utility accounts, consultants, and key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the transformer market.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilise CRM systems to track sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech or B.E) from a recognised university.
• 3 to 4 years of UAE experience in transformer sales, specifically in distribution and power transformers.
• Strong knowledge of tendering and bid submission processes.
• Experience handling utility accounts and major clients in the UAE market.
• Excellent technical knowledge of transformers, including specifications and applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• CRM knowledge is preferred.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to join within 30 days.
