Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive work environment built on respect, discipline, and teamwork.

Beverage Manager

• Develop and manage beverage programs, including cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Train and supervise bar and service staff on beverage knowledge, preparation, and presentation.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Create and update drink menus aligned with brand identity and guest preferences.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations and responsible service standards.
• Stay current with beverage trends and introduce innovative offerings.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create cohesive guest experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant or beverage management roles.
• Proven experience in the UAE hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Hands-on approach with a commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maintain consistency, discipline, and high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations in the UAE.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in restaurant or beverage management within the UAE.
