Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Manage project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and support staff.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Monitor project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, progress updates, and performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior project manager role.
• Relevant construction project experience in the UAE is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and project controls.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE, including infrastructure, commercial, or residential developments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and contract administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
