CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C is seeking a skilled Technical Engineer (Civil Engineer) to support our upcoming construction projects across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support for construction projects from planning to completion.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on technical requirements.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design standards, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, method statements, and project documentation as required.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction phases.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, material specifications, and procurement coordination.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and adherence to project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering within the construction industry.
• Relevant construction project experience in the UAE is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in technical engineering roles within UAE construction projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and authority requirements in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to review and analyze complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
