Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in line with UAE labor laws and government requirements.
- Coordinate staff attendance, scheduling, and training programs across multiple nursery branches.
- Assist with payroll preparation, employee data management, and HR reporting.
- Support employee relations, addressing inquiries, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement HR initiatives and policies across branches in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with ADEK requirements and early childhood education sector standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of HR experience; experience in the education or nursery sector is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and ADEK requirements for early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of HR systems and payroll software is an advantage.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Strong knowledge of visa processing, government portals, and immigration procedures in Abu Dhabi.
- Experience in coordinating training programs and staff development initiatives.
