Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new sellers to join the platform, driving business growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct field visits to meet potential sellers, present value propositions, and negotiate partnership terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and growth targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new sellers.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to optimise seller acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Business Development or Field Sales, specifically in B2B sales.
  • Background in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or distribution is strongly preferred.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory for field-based activities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi language skills are a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based role with hybrid flexibility.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
