Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits across production lines to evaluate operational efficiency and compliance.
• Review workflow efficiency, raw material usage, and waste levels to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000.
• Monitor production documentation and batch records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify operational risks and areas for improvement across production processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Work with production and quality teams to implement process improvements and monitor effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in operational auditing, manufacturing audit, or food production environments.
• Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 food safety standards, and auditing practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Strong communication and report writing skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in conducting operational audits within the food manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
• Familiarity with food safety management systems and quality assurance protocols.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, raw material traceability, and waste management.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
• Certification in internal auditing or quality management systems is an advantage.
