Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Oversee payroll processing, HR policies, and ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and employee engagement processes to enhance workforce satisfaction.
• Work closely with leadership on the execution of HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and HR system implementation to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent retention programs.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or HR certification is a plus.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in HR operations and employee management within the UAE corporate sector.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
• Experience managing payroll, HR policies, and HR information systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
